Bad Vibrations: Are you Experiencing This?

with 49 comments

Probably over about the last year, every once in a while, I will be laying in bed getting ready to fall asleep and I will suddenly feel these vibrations in my  upper torso area. As any normal person I thought to myself, “is something wrong with me…?”

With more and more knowledge of HAARP warfare spreading around the net I decided to google the terms “vibration in my body” and was not so surprised to find out I’m not the only one this is happening to. The following are some of the posts I’ve found:

Body vibrating!
I’ve had this really weird problem for some time now. I’m a poor sleeper at the best of times, but sometimes I wake up during the night (sometimes more than once) with a fast vibration happening in my body. It feels the same as violent shivering when you’re very cold, or like a cellphone vibrating, but I’m not cold or in any way uncomfortable.Eventually it subsides – can take over half an hour.
At first I thought it was my heart (after all, what ELSE can vibrate inside your body…), but the funny thing is, if I feel the pulse in my neck, I can feel a normal pulse as well as the shaking. My doctor says it’s impossible for you to have a normal pulse and fibrillation at the same time though.
He did an ECG, which was normal, and doesn’t know what it is, and got me to try an antifibrillant drug last night, on the basis that if it stopped then it was fibrillation! It happened again last night though.I’ve tried getting up and walking around, and my heart doesn’t seem to be in any kind of distress. It’s quite worrying though, as no-one knows what it is.

Anybody got any ideas? Thanks-

“I am 34yrs old and for the past 12 months I have suffered with what I would describe as flutters in the chest when I go to bed at night. They used to occur only if I had had a night out eating and drinking alcohol. For the past 2 months they occur every night, and may even wake me 3 or 4 times a night. They often settle if I change position and are much worse when on my right side . I am now becoming concerned. My Dr suggests that it may be due to pressure from a possible hiatus hernia. Should I be worried?”

“Sometimes when I’m falling asleep I seem to vibrate–the location isn’t clear, perhaps it comes from the chest, but I can’t find specific muscle groups that are doing it, unless they all are somehow. The frequency is maybe 5-7 Hertz and the amplitude is similar to a vibrating bed in a motel, though the frequency of my
vibration is, subjectively anyhow, slower than those beds. When I change position it goes away. I would guess that it’s my heart, but when I take my pulse I find that it’s regular and normal feeling. I’m told though that the pulse is a poor indicator of what the heart is actually doing. I don’t seem to have any other symptoms, but it’s kind of worrisome.”

Again, that’s it – except with me it NEVER happens when I’m falling asleep; only when I wake up from a dream (which can be 1-4 times a night). And it doesn’t go away if I change position.

From the forum Sleep Disorders Message Board

Since 15 months I have a strange Vibrating feeling in my body and it only happens at night. Mostly towards the morning. It wakes me up and I can feel something vibrating in my chest. The very first time I felt it in my neck and I thought that is was my heart, but I could also feel my heart beat besides the vibrating feeling. That vibrating feeling was then very strong and scary.

My GP doesn’t know what it is. I saw a Heart specialist. Twice I’ve had a heart monitor and they could not find anything on there and I had also had a Stress Test for my heart and Coronary artery calcification scan and the score was 0. Every thing seems to be fine with my heart. But I have a feeling that it is my heart that virbrate’s and in there I can feel my heart beat. On advice of my GP I am taking St Johns wort before I go to bed, so I can fall asleep. But that feeling allway’s wakes me up. I don’t know what to do anymore!

I would like to try EFT but when do I have to do the EFT on myself, at night when I feel it, or can I do it during the day, even I don’t feel it at the time? How often do I use EFT in this case. Once every day or several times in a row? And what do I say??? Even though I have ……………I deeply and profoundly except myself. Do I say: Vibrating in my chest at night? Or what?

Hope some one can give me some answers. from the thread Vibrating in body

  3. I have had those body vibrations for years. It is actually lovely if you relax and go with it. I beleive it is my etheral body separating from my physical body, I am sure after much research that it is to do with astral travel. Do not be afraid. Google more!

  4. YES. I have this.
I am 35, have a long history of sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations, but this is an entirely new thing. After dealing with this for a few months, I’ve only just now convinced myself that it wasn’t due to my house shaking slightly. Since it was always at the same time ~8:00 am, I thought it was due to some ground shaking activity in the neighborhood, perhaps at one of the nearby construction zones.

Then it happened last night on the couch at 11:00 pm, after I drifted off and I realized it was a new kind of hallucination.

    So irritating.

  5. I forgot to add, does anyone else get pauses in it? That’s what’s most infuriating is it goes:

    wumbawumbawumbawumba wumbawumbawumbawumba etc….

These 1 second gaps make it impossible to tune out.

  7. I get this too! More frequently I’ve been experiencing palpatations, and the vibrations only happen when I’m sleeping. This morning it happened again! I immediately got out of bed, walked around, and it continued for about 5 minutes. I felt my pulse, it was weak and thready (I’m a nurse, its habit). I’ve talked to my doc about it, she said it may be AFIB, but I haven’t had time to go to the crdiologist to get a monitor.

  8. I have been having these vibrations for a year.I went to a cardiologist as I was having super ventricle tachycardia..I had an Ablation done hoping it would stop the vibration..it didn’t, but it did cure my tachycardia. I have had a heart Characterization and told my heart is fine along with a echo done also nothing shows up that there is anything wrong with my heart. I am still having the vibration I don’t have them when I go to sleep but it wakes me up several times a night. I am afraid to say anymore about them to my doctor for he might think I am crazy.

  9. Definitely you guys are experiencing what I am. We live in an old house and the dryer or washer tumbler will make a slight vibration in house… I’ve gotten up knowing they are going, but they aren’t.

I’ve been visiting sites of interest that are “outside of the box” thinking (Fed Reserve being private, Chemtrails, space, shadow government type sites) for about a year now and wondered if this didn’t have something to do with it. I lean towards it is something “external” or something even underground going on vs in my body.

Seems to happen at 1:06 most nights, but has happened at other times too.

Well… its not too detrimental, but has woken me up… seems to not be too harmful… just an absolute curious thing.

    Blessings.

  11. It happens frequently when I am laying in bed it feels like someone sits on the bed when nobody is there and I can hear a heart beat on my pillow and then it goes away as quickly as it comes. I don’t know if this is something happening with me or if it is a ghostly presence. It is scarey no knowing.
I can deal with things I have an explanation for can anyone help?

  12. I recently started to experience vibrations on various locations of my body. Initially, it started on my elbow and wrist area..as if I was resting my arm on a vibrating cell phone that was not fully connected to my body but maybe in its case, a very noticeable but muted vibration. It happens sporadically and has now moved to my heart area. I also check my pulse and always touch my shirt pocket as if someone placed a cell phone in there without me knowing. Very weird and feels like a cell phone vibration but at a faster or higher frequency, very weird and I have not been able to find much information. I never have had cancer or any life threatening illness in my life.

  13. This is not only common, it is considered a desired state by practitioners of astral projection.

I would recommend that you read a book by Robert A. Monroe called Journeys Out of the Body. He is not a new-age quack. He was a professional in radio and later in cable broadcast communications in the early days.

He experienced the vibrations and other things that led to him going out of his body. He thought he was either dying of something, or going crazy. His doctor and a psychiatrist friend could find nothing at all wrong with him.

Eventually, he got over the fear and began to experience another world that co-exists with ours, but in a non-physical dimension.

I know this sounds totally whacked to most of you reading this, and that’s why I recommend Monroe’s book. He was not a religious man and had no knowledge or interest in esoteric subject matter. He was just a successful business man.

At the very least, do a google search on OBE (which stands for Out of Body Experience) and “vibrations.” You’ll find that it’s a totally common experience for people prior to exiting the body and traveling as a spirit.

Many people have reached the vibration stage but have not yet managed to exit the body for various reasons. It sounds like the people here, looking for a physical explanation are just like Monroe was – no interest in getting out of their bodies, or freaked out by the very thought of it.

You may not want to hear it, but the truth is, you’re a ghost. Usually when a person dies, you end up with two things – a corpse and a ghost.

However, you don’t have to die to experience your reality as a non-physical entity. It’s completely safe to leave the body in perfect health. To return to it, you merely need to think of it, and you’ll be there.

If you don’t like the feeling, have no desire to explore the realms outside of physical reality and just want to make the vibrations stop, then change position, and think about physical things in your environment and things going on in your life. It might be more effective if you think about things you have to do that day, even better if there’s anything worrying you or causing you stress.

The vibrations should end within a few minutes.

For those that would like to know more, search for either OBE or Astral Projection, or read the Monroe book(s) or join the OBE Newsletter Yahoo group.

    I hope this helps.

  14. OMG I cannot believe I am reading this! I am a 31 year old female from London and have been experiencing these vibrations in my heart now for over a year. It started when I was pregnant with my daughter and always happened when I was waking from sleep. Now however it happens when I fall asleep and all throughout the night. It is coupled with chest pain, dizzyness and a number of other cardiac indicators but I have been under a cardiologist for 8 years and he has not found anything apart from some extra ventricular beats.

I have googled the web and have found others with the same thing. Unfortunately a lot of them are linked to people who have had cardiac experiences themselves such as heart attacks etc. It is suggested that it is atrial fibrillation.

I am going out of my mind with worry and I too am getting the break like Joe … what is that all about? Feels like my heart stops completely!

I am having a holter monitor on tomorrow to see if anything can be picked up. Fingers crossed as I can’t live like this and it feels like I have a death sentence!

  15. Catherine, I experience the same thing during the day time with my heart….I’ll be sitting there and all of a sudden I’ll feel my heart flutter and skip.

But what i’m talking about in the post is a strange vibration that happens lower in the torso and only seems to happen at night….

Some people think it may have something to do with HAARP experiments…To study the technology google “HAARP”

  16. Hi Michael,

Interesting reading but I really do believe that my problem is cardiac related. It is just getting the right diagnosis. I say this because of my previous cardiac history! Very worrisome!

  17. I get the vibration but it comes in my head when i am relaed and doing off to sleep. I can feel it in my teeth and it also seems to have a noise. That grows with an intensity and I have a very strong feeling of fear when it happens so I make myself stay awake and it goes away. This has often happened and it always comes with a great sense of fear.

Anyone else get head/body vibrations with noises in the head. P.S I dont think im sick.

  18. I’ve been getting these vibrations as well but not necessarily in my heart. Over the last year or so I’ve had a few incidents of sleep paralysis, but here recently Ive been noticing the vibrations. I feel these vibrations all over at once as if my couch is shaking really fast when I’m sitting watching TV or what not. Or sitting in my computer chair..Sometimes I only feel it in my neck and head and then there are times it is just at my feet and ankles if I’m laying down. If I stand up or change positions it usually stops immediately, only to start again at any random time. It usually happens when I’m at home alone which leads me to believe its a presence of some sort. Its really getting annoying and I’d wish it would stop.

I wish it would stop also.
Would like to know if it is paranormal or physical?
It is so annoying when you don’t know how to deal with it.

  20. A few months ago, I started waking up in the morning with a constant and noticeable vibration in my neck. After I got up and moved around it stopped. This week, as i wake up, I notice that the back of my neck and my entire torso are vibrating. I felt my heart and it seemed to be a part of the vibration, I could not tell the difference. It’s scary because it’s an abnormal sensation. This is not some out of body experience, these are medical symptoms. Just because doctors haven’t determined the cause does not mean that this is not a sign of a malfunction of some sort. There are numerous health issues that cause these symptoms. Now if someone would just figure out what that is.

  21. yes. I get these vibrations inside my body as well and not necessarily at nightime. Sometimes I am certain it is my cellphone in my pocket and I will actually go to answer it only to find that it is not that! I have no pain and no ill feeling when it occurs and it doesn’t only happen in my chest area either, I’ve felt it in my legs and even in my hands. I’ve only been feeling it since this year began and not before.

  22. I have been having these vibrations irregularly at night. I wakes me and up scares me so its hard to go back to sleep. I think the majority of mine has to do with stress even though I am taking some medication to relax me, I think the medication wears off and I wake up vibrating. Mine is a dull feeling that is all over my body and feels like buzzzz buzzzzz bzzzzz. There is no pain or other symptoms. I saw on another post it could be related the inner ear issues, so I plan on going to see an ENT. It’s worth checking into.

  23. I have been suffering from these vibrations for a few years now. I first noticed it when my five year old was a baby and we were sharing a bed. At the time I was just relieved it wasnt her having a fit or something. It only used to happen every couple of months back then. I have had a bad run of about a month now. I was was using this slender tone flex thing which is supposed to tone the stomach muscles (in the mornings) I have this theory that the pads were hitting kidneys which have the adrenal glands on the end and somehow causing the vibrations to be more frequant. I cant think of any other connection. I stopped using it and three days later had a killer headache and was violantly sick, but had a great nights sleep! sadly the vibratios are back. I think it could be linked to eating late? I am starting to feel dizzy and nausous in the day now. Im a runner and im starting to lack the energy. Im off to the doctors soon so i will keep you posted. Oh yes another thing, when I used that power plate thing at the gym that made it worse also. as for the astro thing I went through a spell of waking up and seeing eyes looking back at me – It didnt seem frightening though. I do suffer with my synases – nose tingles upper teath can ache and a thick head. IS THERE ANY CONNECTION? SOME ONE HELP!!!

  24. Hello,

Yes I get those vibration and pulsing effects, have for a number of years now. These things are very disturbing, and over time can cause serious health related problems even death. I highly suspect that the cause of these bizarre effects is not a result of disease or deteriorating health. There’s something more fundamental and universal going on, in my opinion.

  25. I’ve had this happen to me for years. First time was when I was about 19 or 20. I didn’t know what was happening… thought it was aliens or something but there was nothing around me. I also felt like I was empowered and that I could do anything. It’s happened several times since (I’m 35 now) and it happened twice again last night. It always seems to happen twice… never just once. I get excited when it happens. I don’t think this is bad at all. I think someone or some kind of entity/angel is trying to communicate with me or heal me. I used to be afraid of it but I think that it’s a good thing. Never let fear steer your experience. I believe if you just relax and don’t fight this “energy” you will find that it flows in a much better direction. I wish it happened more often so that I could experiment with it. Try just as an experiment the next time it happens to stay calm and be relaxed, close your eyes and visualize this energy as “God” energy or healing energy. Just try a positive response and try not to be scared. 🙂 Peace n’love all!

  26. When i get in bed and within 12-45 seconds after laying my head on my pillow, lights out, i begin to feel a slight vibration at the foot of my bed. The vibration grows slightly stronger and then it is accompanied by a noise thaat i cannot describe: it sounds not of this world though.

Next i feel a spirit step lightly and gently unto my bed by my feet but sometimes behind me from foot level to shoulder level. Many times before the spirit steps unto my bed i feel an almost pawing and scratching sensation on the sheets similar to that of a cat.

Once upon my bed the spirit very slowly and gently walks (?) about. It usually stays at foot to mid-calf area but sometimes ventures to waist and shoulder level. A very few times it has walked from behind me up from my feet to my head and across the pillow, down in front of me to my feet. I wear a sleep mask so i did not see any figure but i did notice that it cast a shadow as it passed in front of me.

I am very curious as to what this is and what is really going on. Sometimes i feel a slight fear simply because this is so out of the ordinary for most. Could this be an Incubus or a Succubus or other?

  27. The vibrations are a natural thing, not bad. I’ve been through the same thing and went to the doctor. I would vibrate at night mostly but also would experience strong vibrations in my chest. My EKG was normal and the doctor could find nothing wrong. That is because the cause is spiritual. This is a prelude to an out of body experience. The vibration in the chest is the heart chakra. Please do some research online but also read some books by Robert Monroe and William Buhlman. Good luck to you all and don’t be afraid. You are ok.

  28. I thgought this might be it but time and time again people are talking about their heart and other muscles, i get a weird vibration! but its completely internal and it engulfs my whole being, at the beginning it is a small raise in my natural vibration that i hear every night but after i embrace it i quickly raises to a very high level frequency vibration state. the other night was the 3rd time, the first was weird the second was kinda scary and the third was euphoric, but i have no clue what this is and no one else seems to at this point. 30. Yes this has been my experience. On 7/3 the vibration was not as strong, but I vividly felt someone sit at the foot of my bed. The vibrations happened again last night several times. I wake up and it stops, but if I immediately try to go back to sleep it attemps to pulls me back in. I feel like I struggle to keep my eyes open to fight it. I feel pressure in my chest and throat accompanied by a load throbbing vibration sound in my head. Last night I moved from my bedroom to the couch, because I was frightened, but it still happened again. Then I felt like I was also hearing a radio playing. Being half asleep and confused I was annoyed by the sound and kept feeling the need to get up and turn it off. ?? I don’t believe this is a medical condition. These experiences began for me soon after I started reading a book called Journey’s beyond the Body. I got into about five chapters and had to stop reading becuase these experiences literally scare the shit out of me. Not comfortable.

  31. I am a 55 yo female. I started experiencing vibrations in March of 2010. They were only at night for the first year. They started first in my neck and within a short number of nights, spread to my head and then arms. It flelt like violent tremors and would happpen only when I was coming out of sleep in the morning and still in a fog. This was very scary. Sensorily they feel like tremors but when I become lucid and place my hand on my arm or chest, they feel like vibrations. In the past few months the vibrations began to occur in my arms and chest, waking me up throughout the night( not just in the morning) . Now I sometimes feel body tremors during the day like a truck is going by. It is so alarming that I have begun taking ativan to be able to relieve my anxiety at night and be able to return to sleep after the arm vibrations wake me up. Been to a Neurologist who says my symptoms don’t fit into any category he knows. Had testing for heavy metals…conventional 24 hour urine results normal but 6-8 hr uring after taking a metal chelator ( to pull it out of my tissue) indicates my copper level is 10X normal and also that lead and arsenic are elevated. My internest believes in this test using the chelator but 2 liver doctors ( gastroenterologists),one neurologist, and my GP give the test no credence. I live in Hampton Roads near several Military instalations (biggest Navy base in the world, Naval air station, Air Force Base, Army base, Marine Base, Navy Seal training center) and 2 ship yards…lots of communication antennas and God knows what else. This makes me wonder about EMF (Electro Magnetic Fields) but don’t know where to find an EMF detector or if that would tell me anything. I found this other forum which has people with similar symptoms.
    http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Neurology/Neurological-Concern-Inner-Tremor–Sleep-Shakes-Mystery-Illness/show/222090
Please keep sharing information so we can figure this out! On a side note to the folks saying the body vibration is a preliminary state to astral projection…when I was a teen my father told me he would float out of his body at night and hover along the ceiling, watching himslef sleep. He passed at age 81 and was a science based person (aerospace engineer/ Division Chief at NASA). Sadly, since he has passed I can’t ask him if he experienced vibrations like these. Julie

  32. Ive had this problem starting back in 2008. Went to several doctors who just wanted to put me on anxiety meds. No thanks. Then the last straw was when I went to the doctor and after examining me she walked in with a PHSYCOLOGICAL EVALUATION!!! needless to say I told her where she could stick it. Anywhoo vibrations went on over a yr. Then just stopped until yesterday. The buzzing drives me nuts. Ive heard all type of theories..metal in fillings, digestive problems, and gastro intestinal problems etc menopause n on and on but I want is a cure! HELP!

  33. I’ve just been to my Drs to tell her that I have been experiencing vibrations all over my body and can sometimes feel them in my guts. Can hit me while watching TV or laying in bed. Can also feel my heart beat all over my body as well as in my head. it drives me frigging nuts. She said she has never had this problem to deal with before so she sent me for a ECG and a eco cardiogram and will soon be having a stress test. We are ruling out all possiblities that it could be my heart. I have experienced this in the last 4 places I’ve lived, therefore my kids think it’s in my head but I actually experience these feeling, I always put it down to someone in the area playing bass because that is what it feels like but my kids say “you can’t be hearing and feeling bass wherever you move”. It truly is a phoenomen and I would really like to find out what is causing it if it turns out not to be my heart.

  34. Hello Nancy,

I understand what you are going through as I experience the same kinds of effects, have been (to one degree or another) since early 1997. These vibrations are not just simply linear mechanical effects, but they are instead very complex phenomena. If I am not mistaking, you’re probably experiencing other equally strange effects besides just the vibrations. Things like prodding and poking, pushing and pulling, and an associated ‘wave’ energy that’s somehow sweeps over the body in a most systematic and deterministic way, and is a part of this whole torturous condition. The point that I would like to make is that going to your medical physician with these issues will not lead to an accurate diagnosis nor effective treatment. Here’s why, the energy involved in inducing these odd effects, its not inside your body. Its not a physical or mental illness. This energy is being projected at you from a distance. The energy that causes these vibrations is the result of illegal and unthetical human experimentation, taking place here in the U.S.A. and in other parts of the world. However, don’t tell your family, friends, or doctor this because they will never believe you. That is exactly why these experiments cannot be readily exposed and legal action taken to have it stopped. The point is that you are going to need some kind of proof that these vibrations and related mechanical effects are real and that they’re happening to you and not just something going on inside your head. My advice to you, and to the others experiencing these same kinds of phenomena, is to invest in a quality analog video camera (date and time stamp) and DVD recorder (8 hours minimum rec-time), and record at least 2 or 3 nights (or days) when you are trying to sleep and are experiencing these effects. I have don’t this myself and the results was absolutely remarkable (post on YouTube under the subject heading: UltimateSingularity, DET). What you are likely to discover is that a whole lot more is going on when you are sleeping than you can possibly know. Trust me on this, I know what I’m talking about. These mechanical vibrations and related effects, they make sounds that a good amplified microphone can pickup and record. Even a good stethoscope (around $25.00) can be used to ‘hear’ these projected mechanical effects not only in and on your body, but in your immediate surroundings. Here’s the deal, nobody is going to believe you or be able to help you until you can show them some kind of solid circumstantial evidence that the vibrations are real, and really happening to you. You are not alone with this matter, I am aware of approximately 2000 to maybe as many as 3000 human subjects around the world who are experiencing what you are dealing with, and probably much more. The technology being used on these human test subjects is NOT of any conventional nature, but it’s exotic and unlike anything anyone has ever experienced before. There are no known methods for shielding or protecting yourself from these attacks, and they can get to be potentially lethal . That is why it is so very important to make medical professionals understand what’s really taking place. Anyway, I will be more than happy to share with you and the others what I know about this phenomena, and help you and any other victims of this horrendous abuse of human rights and dignity, to do what it takes to obtain quality evidence.

  35. If you all have an open mind and believe in paranormal activity, you may very well be what I’ve been experiencing which are earthbound spirits. I get vibrations everywhere, been checked medically and psychologically and nothing is wrong. There is an increase in paranormal activity and when spirits get close to you or on your body you may feel vibrations. See Robert Bruces’ site Astral Dynamics. This stuff is very real and unless you’ve ever experienced it before it’s hard to believe.

  36. From the victim’s perspective it doesn’t matter much if its spirits or advanced classified technology that’s the cause of these vibrations and other related effects. The point is, over the long haul, these effects are harmful to both the body and the mind. They can cause serious sleep deprivation that can lead to disease and ultimately to an early death. Doctors and medical professionals are not going to be able to properly diagnose the situation until they are shown evidence that the symptoms are caused by very real external phenomena. These vibrations and other projected mechanical effects can be detected and recorded as physical evidence. Without something tangible to backup what you’re telling your doctor, they will not believe a word you say. They will, however, refer you to a mental health clinic. What is being done to you and a whole lot of other people isn’t a function of disease or mental health. Drugs and psychologists cannot help. This phenomenon isn’t going to go away on its own until victims stop allowing the medical community from shuffling them between doctors and psychologists. Neither is going to be able to fix the problem. Only when you are able to point to a specific ‘sound’ or a piece of video demonstrating this vibration phenomenon, will professionals start listening to you and taking what you are telling them seriously. I can, and will, help you or any other victims with this. Being able to explain specifically what the sounds and/or video are, is absolutely crucial to getting these unusual effects properly evaluated and dealt with.

As you may know, there is an ever growing body of people being subjected to these tormenting effects, and society is perfectly willing to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to these victims’ plight. If we are going to get this thing acknowledged and made to stop happening, we’re going to have to be able to make doctors accountable for their responsibility to their patients. Otherwise nothing meaningful is going to happen.

What victims really need from their doctor is a statement, that the cause of the symptoms is beyond their capacity to properly diagnose and that further study is necessary.

    Best regards

  43. All I can say is I started getting this vibrating feeling in my upper back, chest, the back of my head and sometimes along my jaw, usually when I’m at rest, just going to sleep or waking up, about 2 years ago. It used to be occasional, but started getting more frequent, and is now almost daily. ***One trip to my chiropractor yesterday, and it’s gone! Apparently my spine, particularly the C4-5 region of my neck, and the T4-6 region of my middle back were almost immobile, and this stretches the muscles in the neck and back really tight to compensate. Anyway, snap, crackle, pop, and I feel right as rain. Going to add to this with a few weeks of deep tissue massage, to loosen the muscles, starting tonight, and will continue seeing my chiropractor weekly for a month just to keep loosening my spine as it was wound super tight. Hope this simple and inexpensive solution helps some or most of you experiencing this same problem! Cheers.

  44. Hello Everyone,
I too have had the misfortune of experiencing these very things. I also have found many for the “possible reasons” for these experiences and investigated many of the theories. (government experiments, radio frequencies..etc.) I became OBSESSED with these things… bought many electronics to detect such things as microwaves, magnetic fields, radio frequencies, had EKG, ECG preformed at the doctor, and like all of you have reported the doctors say my heart is healthy. I am a self made millionaire so I was able to spend almost EVERY DAY for over a year focused on tracking down the cause of this. Finally, while checking in to yet another Motel to try and find an environment where this did not occur, God, in his great mercy, opened my eyes to what it was. While waiting for the elevator to open, 2 voices ran buy me to get in the elevator with me. “Hurry up, hurry up! He’s get on the elevator”. Since that day, I was able to hear them, eventually I could begin to “see” them. (Probably because, as you can imagine, I began to LOOK for them.) I have been able to deny these “spirits” from being able to torment me like they use to by seeking “healing and deliverance”, sincere prayer and renouncing the ungodly parts of my life-style as it is brought to light. I am about 1 1/2 years into what I now KNOW is a, “spiritual battle” and I am WAY BETTER than when this first started. I still experience these “vibrations” for time to time in various places.. (on couch, in a chair, and most, while trying to go to sleep) However, most of the time when I command then: “LEAVE NOW! YOU have NO authority over me, in the name of Jesus Christ! (usually have to say this a few times) they do stop. Other times, I’m sad to admit, they do not leave when I command them. When I examine the circumstances for what was different about the time they DID have to submit to my command and when they DIDN’T… I find that I had allowed some ungodly area to creep back in to my life. These things have varied from “UNforgiveness”, to sexual fantasy, to passing judgement on the church or other believers, or simply doubting that I am a redeemed child of God and or believing the lie that I have to “earn” Gods love. All these things have caused me end up back in torment (“vibrations”) of these demonic spirits without the ability to get them to leave by commanding them. After I seek which one of these ungodly areas back in my life (through prayer and perseverance usually) I seek to rid myself of that thing or thing’S… I ask God to forgive me AGAIN through the blood of His Son, then I can command them to leave again and they flee. I wish I could tell you that I am perfect and never sin the same way twice (or a thousand time), but I can’t. I am getting better about resisting certain things… but ultimately i fall into temptation or give in to the flesh somehow. I now understand the saying, “But by the Grace of God, go I”. I judge people less and try to quickly recognize when I am so I can pray for the person I was starting to judge and/or Thank Lord Jesus that I am not in that persons position, and/or beginning to ask the person if They want me to pray with them. I know this really gives me the ability to COMMAND them if they manifest that night! However, most of the time when I use this type of spiritual attack against the demons (praying for someone to be delivered with them or just for them) they DON’T even bother to show up that night and if they do, I simply as God to share His authority with me and then I command them to leave and they are GONE before I can even finish the sentence. I am still learning and wish I was able to say that oce they left they never returned but thats not my experience. I have traveled to several different states, spent ten of thousands of dollars and shed many tears to get to these conclusions. I hope this helps someone. Blessed be the Name of The Lord. Blessed be Thy Name.

PS. The idea of human experiments sounds “crazy” to people that have NOT experienced the relentless “torture” AND it sound feasible those that HAVE experienced it. However, I have played with most of the technology know to exist. (You can buy almost anything if you have enough money) NONE of these “high tech” weapons can do what we are talking about. Sorry to break the news to you…. Its demonic. You can take it or leave it. I’m not here to “sell” you anything. I’m not even trying to get you to believe in Jesus Christ. Note their is no offer to accept Him or to go to church. I am just sharing my experience. Good luck to all who suffer. We will ALL meet someday I’m sure. 🙂

  45. it happens to me when I am meditating or praying to Jesus.
When my heart or biceps vibrate it is an indication to me that the Holy Spirit and holy angels are moving on my behalf and a miracle is manifesting.
When the woman with the issue of blood touched him, Jesus said I felt power leave my body.
Vibrations in my lower torso indicate to me that a heavenly angels is present and is delivering a message from God almighty.
Kenneth Hagin called it the inward witness.

  46. Just last night I woke up with my head vibrating. Only opened my eyes to see white, pink and slightly blue light. Since I have already read many discussions about the topic, I just closed my eyes and went back to sleep. It wasn’t a bad feeling, so I’m not worried about it. Funny thing before I went back to sleep was watching my cat stare at my body in confusion, then jumping in fright. I guess that’s when the vibration stopped. If u want more answers, just look up “symptoms of ascention” or “astral projection”.

  48. These vibrations are definitely demonic. They are not heavenly angels. Maybe fallen angels. If anyone on this blog would like to discuss further or has a remedy please e-mail me at felice2bcasa@gmail.com
