Jim Rogers is bearish on investments in London and North Sea oil for the next 10 to 15 years. Rogers tells CNBC Squawk Box that known reserves of oil are declining rapidly. Mr. Rogers also suggest that the IMF payoff debts with its gold reserves,  forcing the IMF to dissolve.

This would be a contradiction to Lindsey Williams who wrote “The Energy Non-Crisis.” Mr. Williams has long maintained that there are massive oil reserves in the United States with single fields capable of yielding greater than all of the oil reserves of Saudi Arabia.
